The first Creative Arena in Ireland

The first Creative Arena will be held in Ireland, on the 24th of January for the
Irish Dairy I3S.

The Creative Arena will be held over a full day and will consist of workshops and
activities within workshops, as well as a plenary discussion at the end. The
workshops and activities will be interactive. Participants will be encouraged to
identify solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and increase carbon
sequestration on dairy farms in Ireland.

The impact and likelihood of adaption of solutions will be discussed. For solutions
that can have a high impact but where the likelihood of implementation is
considered to be low, farmers will outline what support they require for
implementation and stakeholders will identify the supports they can provide. The
requirements and supports will be discussed amongst the group. This collective
intelligence will help to develop strategies to promote implementation of the high
impact solutions.
