Business Models for Upscaling of I3S for Selected Sourcing Regions

One of the core objectives of Task 4.2 led by Nestlé SPN is to develop, test, and implement business models within supply chains to facilitate the transition of farms towards climate-neutral operations. To achieve this objective, Task 4.2 worked alongside ten Innovative Systemic Solution Space (I3S) and four business partners to identify the farm archetypes, develop intervention pathways, and highlight the business models to support the adoption of climate-friendly agriculture practices.

In this newsletter, task 4.2 summarizes the step-by-step approach applied starting from grouping the farmers in sourcing districts to archetypes to identification of applicable intervention in each archetype to key learnings.
