ClieNFarms: A Key Contributor to the EU Farm to Fork Strategy
In an article recently published by the Green Deal Project Support Office, titled “The EU Farm to Fork Strategy and the Future of Affordability: How the Green Deal Call Projects are creating a sustainable and accessible food system,” the ClieNFarms project is presented as one of the main contributors towards the Farm to Fork Strategy.
With its focus on farm-level solutions, the ClieNFarms project aims to demonstrate, evaluate, and enhance technical, organisational, and financial approaches, ultimately working towards achieving climate neutrality in European agriculture by 2050.
ClieNFarms is described as a project that relies on close collaboration with agricultural communities to customise its solutions to local contexts, enabling farmers to embrace sustainable practices like precision agriculture, agroforestry, and regenerative farming.
